Spot on. The biggest criticism of a todo list is that it ignores the amount of time something is likely to take, thereby setting you up for failure as you end your days with multiple tasks outstanding. Even if you’re a dreamer who habitually underestimates the time any task will take, it’s better than no time allocation. For me, I found Sorted3 app that connects to my calendar and auto schedules tasks for that day around my appointments and meetings.
